What if you have a balance due?

The EFILE transmission service is open from February 11, 2013, until November 30, 2013, for the electronic filing of 2012 personal income tax returns.

You can file your return early and make your payment later. As long as you file your return and pay by April 30, we won't charge interest on your balance owing.

If you have to make a payment, go to Make a payment for your payment options.

If your balance owing is less than $2, you do not have to make a payment.
