You need to register yourself through Represent a Client and then provide your representative identifier or your firm's Business Number to your business clients. They can then authorize your online access through My Business Account, or with the newly revised Form RC59, Business Consent Form. Once authorized, you access your clients' business account information and services through Represent a Client.
Level 1 access will allow the CRA to disclose information from your client's account(s) to you, for example - viewing information using My Business Account. With Level 2 access, Canada Revenue Agency can disclose information from your client's account(s) and you can also request changes to program accounts.

Tax preparation and payroll service businesses are now able to assign business clients to their group client list, to help them better manage their representative/client relationships. Previously, this feature was available for individual (SIN) clients only.
