The Payroll Deductions Online Calculator gives you a means to precisely calculate or confirm employee payroll deductions and print a copy of the calculation for their records. It also provides the required employer share of Canada Pension Plan (CPP) contributions and Employment Insurance (EI) premiums, and the total remittance required by the employer, while allowing you to save your calculations in multiple formats (for example - as a Web page, html file, text file).

The Part XIII Online Calculator gives you a means to calculate or confirm the non-resident income tax required to be withheld from certain payments going to non-residents of Canada.

The Automobile Benefits Online Calculator calculates the taxable benefits attributable to employees who have personal use of an automobile owned or leased by the business.

And, you can now get an electronic E-PD7A, Statement of account for Current Source Deductions. For more information visit www.cra.gc.ca/epd7a.

The Instalment Payment Calculator will help you to calculate your instalment payments and view their due dates.

Also, an auditor may invite you to send electronic records through My Business Account to support an audit by using the Electronic transfer of accounting data (ETAD). The auditor will provide a case number to allow the transmission. A confirmation page is produced when the file is successfully transmitted.

This service is offered as a pilot project in certain offices.
